Chi-Lei (Ray) Lin

Ray Lin is a second year master’s student in Civil Engineering. He also completed his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and environmental engineering at the University of California, Davis. Ray is inspired by his lived experience and city explorations on transit with the lenses of local residents. His interests include transit planning and operation, as well as the transit systems’ design. Ray is currently working on a project assessing the transit accessibility of the Sacramento region to civil offices and community amenities. He also works on transit-related data analyzing signals during his internship. Beyond transit, Ray also enjoys learning about complete streets and TODs.
